About Us

Welcome to Westside Elementary - Home of the Wildcats!

Our School Vision

To be an inclusive community that inspires curiosity and high levels of personal and academic growth through loving relationships, engaging experiences and high expectations. We as a staff will be working hard as we do each and every year to ensure that we are living our vision and that our scholars experience high degrees of academic and social emotional success.

Information for Parents

  • Parents make sure to check in with your child's teacher on a regular basis, connectedness is a key to your child's success!

  • If your contact information changes throughout the school year, please let the main office know so we have your current information. It is imperative that school personnel are able to contact you regarding your child.

  • New School Visitation Policy - There are lots of exciting and engaging learning going on at Westside these days.  In order to ensure our young scholars have access to uninterrupted learning throughout the day, we are asking that parents who wish to visit the classroom during the school day contact the teacher beforehand to set up a time to come in.  If you wish to check in with your child during the school day, we are happy to call down to the classroom and have your child meet you in the office.  We value your partnership as we provide the best educational experience possible for all our Wildcats. Thank you for your continued support.

  • We I.D. for Safety! Anyone entering Westside Elementary during school hours must check in at the Welcome Center at the Main Entrance of the school. Please be prepared to show a photo identification in order to enter the building.
