Sun Prairie West High School has joined forces with Parchment to bring you a safe, paperless way to send transcripts directly to the colleges you choose. It’s easy, it’s secure, and it’s available 24/7.
Parchment will send out your official transcript checked and approved by SPWHS to the colleges and scholarship funds you choose. Parchment will email you to confirm that your transcript has been sent. For the colleges that accept transcripts electronically, Parchment even confirms when the college receives them. There is fee per transcript sent electronically.

After registering you are ready to use Parchment to send transcripts in a safe, paperless way to recipients you choose. It’s easy, it’s secure, and it’s available 24/7!
Requesting Transcripts:
- Next, you will enter your schools name (SUN PRAIRIE HIGH SCHOOL--not SP West or East) into the search field.
- A new window will open to your school's storefront. You will enter your email address in the field.
- If you already have an account, you will enter your password. If you do not have an account, you will need to enter your biographical information and enrollment details.
 
- Once logged into your account, you will select which document type you want to order. Document types can vary by institution. You will only see ordering options available for your institution. Click Order beside the document type you would like to order.
- Select your delivery destination. You can enter the name of an institution which you'd like to send your document. If it does not appear in the search, the institution does not accept electronic transcripts. If you need to send to yourself or a specific email address (like for a scholarship, employer or other program), please select I'm sending to myself or another individual.
- If you are entering a manual recipient, you will need to select from the available delivery methods offered by your school and enter the corresponding recipient information.
  
- Confirm your item details and complete any remaining required fields. You may be asked if you want to send now or hold for grades or degree. If you are placing an order before grades are finalized and want to have your document sent with those grades, make sure to select Hold for Grades or Hold for Degree (if your last term at the institution).
- Sign in the signature box with your mouse or finder and type in your name in the text boxes below. Before you can click continue, you will need to check the box certifying under penalty of law you are who you saw you are. You may be prompted to ask a parent or legal guardian to sign here, if you are under 18 years of age.
- Confirm your order details are correct.
- Complete your payment information. Click Submit Payment.
 
- You will receive this screen once your order has been submitted.
