2024-2025 Registration
General registration for SP4K is now open. Children must turn four on or before Sept. 1, 2024 to register for the 2024-25 school year.
Please complete the 2-step process after reviewing the "Learn How to Register" tutorial below.
NOTE: If you need to register for the remainder of the 23-24 school year, you may do Step 2 below (select the correct school year once you start the registration), but skip Step 1. Call Cindy at 608-478-5145 to check on placement availability.
Step 1:
Click the button below to fill out the Google form. Once completed, you will be directed to complete Step 2 which is on Infinite Campus.
Please note: The Google Form will have a link directing you to Step 2. If you are on a mobile device, you will need to complete Step 2 on a computer. If you do not have access to a computer, you may come to the District Support Center (501 S. Bird Street) to use the one in our lobby.
Step 2:
Please complete Step 1 before moving on to Step 2. This step works best when completed on a laptop or desktop computer. Be sure to select "Start New Registration" unless you are returning to a form you started earlier and have a confirmation number.
- Have your proof of residency and your student's immunization record handy to upload as you can not go back into the Online Registration once you leave the session.
- Be sure to enter the names and phone numbers of ALL parents/guardians.
- Please include emergency contacts; your physician information should be one of the emergency contacts listed.
- Make sure your "pop ups" are enabled on your browser.

Important information to know
We are so excited to have you enroll and have your child begin their educational journey with us.
All SP4K students are enrolled and expected to attend a 5-day per week program (Monday-Friday) and District attendance procedures are followed. SP4K is a one year program and students are expected to enroll in 5K the following year.
Site assignments are based on many criteria: prior program enrollment, need for child care services, special programming needs, transportation, and available openings at the site requested.
A student may begin attending a SP4K program only after the 4K site has received their required paperwork.
We ask that you watch the slideshow below then follow the steps listed for Step 1 and Step 2. Registration is open to all children who live in the Sun Prairie Area School District and who will be 4 years old on or before September 1 of the school year for which you are applying (be sure you select the correct drop-down school year). There is no early entrance to SP4K. Children do not need to be present for the parent/guardian to register them.
