Bell Schedule
Prairie Phoenix Academy -
We have a form of block scheduling. The school day starts at 8:45 am and ends at 3:20 pm.
The following is from the 2022-2023 School Year:
Doors Open 8:30 am
Breakfast - 8:45 am - 9:00 am
9:00 am - 9:15 am - Advisory Time
Have informal community building activities, independent and small group work. This is time for students to conference with their Advisor to get support on their projects, personal daily planning, goal setting, and graduation progress. Attendance will be taken and credit will be earned during this time by accomplishing learning activities.
9:20 am - 10:20 am - Workshop 1
10:25 am - 11:25 am Workshop 2
Break - 11:25 am - 11:45 am
11:45 am - 12:05 pm - Workshop 3A - Meet in Advisories
LUNCH - 12:05 pm - 12:35 pm Closed Campus
Stay at school, eat lunch in the cafeteria, play basketball in the gym or go outside and relax.
12:40 pm - 1:20 pm - Workshop 3B
1:25 pm - 2:25 pm - Workshop 4
2:30 pm - 3:20 pm - Workshop 5
Dismissal - 3:20 pm
- Go home, take care of yourselves and be good to your family.
- Go to after school programs
- Go to work, make money and put it in the bank for college.
- Go to bed at a decent time!
Dismissal for students from a class is determined by the teacher or supervisor.
