About the Music department

The music department offers a wide variety of opportunities available to students of all musical abilities. The core of the program includes performing ensembles, vocal and instrumental music. Any student that has an interest in music can find a course that is appropriate for their interests and skill level. Music education is not only for those seeking a career as a professional musician, music education prepares students to be informed and active participants in society as they continue their education.
