Early submission of public comments for the Secondary Boundary and Bell Time Task Force is encouraged.
 
Public comments must be submitted by 4:00 pm on the day of the meeting to be shared with the Task Force for that day's meeting.

The Secondary Boundary and Bell Time Task Force (SBBTTF) are using the below evaluation criteria for their decision-making for the secondary boundaries portion of their work. The overriding and primary criterion is equitable distribution of socioeconomic status and racial composition.

THE PRIMARY CRITERION:
EQUITABLE DISTRIBUTION OF SOCIOECONOMIC STATUS AND RACIAL COMPOSITION.

Other Criteria (in no particular order):

  • Student cohort / neighborhood continuity from elementary school to middle school to high school 
  • Transportation time, cost, and proximity 
  • Starting enrollments / resources reasonably balanced
  • Longevity / sustainability of the boundaries
Public comments will be shared with the Secondary Boundary and Bell Time Task Force.
