Welcome to the Office of the Superintendent

Dear Sun Prairie Community,

As Superintendent, I am grateful for the opportunity to serve a community that cares deeply about its scholars, its schools, and one another. From my first conversations in Sun Prairie, I have seen a district with tremendous strengths, a strong sense of community, and people committed to creating the best opportunities for every scholar.

I believe strong school districts are built through relationships. That starts with listening to our scholars, staff, families, and community, and making sure what we hear helps shape how we move forward. My commitment is to lead with transparency, consistency, and a focus on what matters most: ensuring every scholar is seen, supported, challenged, and prepared to thrive.

That work also requires us to be honest about where we can grow. We will celebrate what is working, listen carefully when something needs our attention, and work together to turn what we learn into action. Our community should not only know what we are doing, but understand why it matters and see themselves in the work.

There is so much to be proud of in Sun Prairie. Our schools are filled with talented scholars, dedicated educators and staff, engaged families, and community partners who believe in the power of public education. I look forward to building on that strong foundation together. As I begin this journey with Sun Prairie, I invite you to stay connected, share your perspective, and join the conversations that will help shape our future.
