Your District, Your Voice - Our Future is Bright - Get involved with the Strategic Plan Refresh

Your District, Your Voice - Strategic Plan Refresh 2021

We are committed to being a high-performing district that reflects the diverse and rich cultures that comprise our community while ensuring we can provide engaging and innovative learning experiences in and out of the classroom.

In 2014-15, we launched our Strategic Plan with a commitment to work collaboratively and diligently on the following four main pillars.

4 pillars

Over the last five years, Sun Prairie has worked through our strategic plan and has achieved many goals to evolve and improve for our community and the children and families we serve To learn more about what we have achieved, visit our Continuous improvement page.

We have achieved so much, but there is still plenty of work to do. Our community is learning, growing, and changing, so we’re checking in to make sure that our strategic direction is keeping up to the evolving needs and priorities of our community.

Sun Prairie Area School District aspires to be a recognized leader in education, empowered by the diverse community we serve. By providing relevant, engaging, and innovative learning experiences in and out of the classroom, we aim to help every child become the best version of themselves.

As we continue to work towards our goals, we need to ensure our strategic direction is keeping up with our community's diverse needs and priorities. We are engaging students, families, and community members in dialogue about our strategic direction. We want to hear from you on how we are doing and how we might improve or change to ensure we are responsive to the needs of our diverse and growing student population and community.

This engagement initiative will help SPASD refine and refresh our current Strategic Plan's value statements and pillars/goals, which can be found here.
