Transition Tuesdays Playbacks: Give yourself the gift of a guided, relaxing transition from the work day into your evening with some gentle yoga and mindfulness. This 45-minute class will focus on getting ourselves grounded and present so that we can show up as our best selves in the evening. This combination of yoga and mindfulness is for all abilities and levels. We will work on getting out of our heads and into our bodies so that we can shake off the energy of the day transition into whatever awaits us.

This 30 minute, body weight, circuit class will challenge your muscles to strengthen and tone, while adding a healthy heart burst of cardio. If you have small exercise bands (booty bands) bring 'em with, along with a yoga/exercise mat.

Karyn's role in the district wellness program is to assist in the planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of wellness initiatives. She assists in the coordination of opportunities for staff and their families to increase their own personal wellness. Karyn also facilitates the District Staff Wellness Committee.
