Guided Meditations, Workouts and Financial Fitness
Please look through our guided meditations and recorded workouts. These are for SPASD staff, and you will need your staff login to access.
Transition Tuesdays Playbacks: Give yourself the gift of a guided, relaxing transition from the work day into your evening with some gentle yoga and mindfulness. This 45-minute class will focus on getting ourselves grounded and present so that we can show up as our best selves in the evening. This combination of yoga and mindfulness is for all abilities and levels. We will work on getting out of our heads and into our bodies so that we can shake off the energy of the day transition into whatever awaits us.
Strong & Fit Workout Playbacks: Looking to build strength all over without bulking up? Alison Anderson the class for you! This 30 minute, body weight, circuit class will challenge your muscles to strengthen and tone, while adding a healthy heart burst of cardio. If you have small exercise bands (booty bands) bring 'em with, along with a yoga/exercise mat.
Healthy Living Group Talk Rec: Are you interested in losing some of those extra pounds or perhaps maintaining your current weight through supportive groups facilitated by Jenny Gruber, Nurse Practitioner from our Employee Wellness Clinic?
