District Operations
The District Operations Team is responsible for an extensive range of non-instructional tasks essential to the overall functioning and success of the district. Their primary responsibilities encompass the management of: Athletics & Activities, Business Services, Facilities & Grounds, Human Resources, and School Nutrition & Wellness. Moreover, the team plays a pivotal role in maintaining the district budget by collaborating closely with the school board and superintendent to establish guidelines and implement a thorough budget preparation process.
