District Operations

The District Operations Team is responsible for an extensive range of non-instructional tasks essential to the overall functioning and success of the district. Their primary responsibilities encompass the management of: Athletics & Activities, Business Services, Facilities & Grounds, Human Resources, and School Nutrition & Wellness. Moreover, the team plays a pivotal role in maintaining the district budget by collaborating closely with the school board and superintendent to establish guidelines and implement a thorough budget preparation process. 

The Operations Team is indispensable in supporting the district's educational objectives by fostering an environment conducive to student success and enabling the instructional staff to focus on teaching and maximizing student achievement. Their diverse responsibilities demonstrate the team's commitment to our students, educators, and our community.
