Clubs & Activities

 2024-25 Creekside Clubs

All clubs will begin the week of October 7th, with an array of after-school clubs running 2:40pm-3:40pm, and our brand new Coyote Club running from 2:40pm-5:00pm.  Scholars can be enrolled in both after-school clubs and Coyote Club.  Teachers will transition students from their after-school club to Coyote Club.  There are more stipulations for enrollment in Coyote Club which is explained below. 

You will find a link for an electronic registration form with each of our clubs listed below.  Please click the blue underlined link that says <<REGISTER FOR THIS CLUB HERE>> or cut and paste the bold https://… link into your browser.  If you are unable to register your child/children electronically, please contact Mrs. Baker (cjbaker@sunprairieschools.org), Mrs. Janssen (kajanss1@sunprairieschools.org) or Emily Veselsky (ejvesel@sunprairieschools.org) our Community Schools Coordinator.  We can definitely get you registered over the phone.

****Transportation home will ONLY be provided for scholars enrolled in our after-school clubs AND Coyote Club or those just enrolled in Coyote Club. Transportation will be in the form of an activity bus that will depart Creekside Elementary following Coyote Club at 5:00pm. Transportation will NOT be provided after clubs ending at 3:40pm.

A few other notes:

*All Clubs are subject to a minimum of 10 students; if the club will be canceled due to low enrollment, you will be contacted.

*BSU (Black Student Union) & Coyote Archers Leadership Club are the only clubs that will take place in the morning at this time (students will miss their morning meeting during club).  If a scholar rides the bus in the morning, they will head to the club right away (or right after they pick up breakfast).

*All club questions should be directed to the specific Advisor for that club.

*There will be no clubs over breaks or on days off of school (including staff only days).

* The last week of clubs for the school year will be the week of May 19th.

Please reach out to the club Advisor with any general questions or if you need clarification/support registering. We are happy to offer paper forms for registration if needed. You will receive communication from Club Advisors prior to the week of October 7th.
