Creekside
Belief Statement

At Creekside Elementary School , we firmly believe that partnerships between families and the school are fundamental to student success. We are committed to creating an environment where every family feels welcome, valued, and comfortable. Trust in our administration is essential; we strive to ensure that all voices are heard and that decisions are made with the best interests of both students and caregivers at heart. We are dedicated to maintaining open and transparent communication among administration, caregivers, and teachers, recognizing that collaborative efforts are key to fostering a supportive and effective educational experience for every student.

How will you get invited:

At our school, we are committed to equity and recognize that there is always room for growth. We understand that working caregivers may face challenges in taking time off to volunteer and that transportation barriers can limit participation. We strive to address these obstacles by ensuring that every caregiver has the opportunity to be involved. Our goal is to enhance diversity and representation by appointing a “room parent” from each classroom, who will act as a bridge to communicate with all caregivers. This initiative aims to ensure that every voice is heard and valued, fostering an inclusive environment where all families can contribute to and benefit from our school community.

Help us meet our school goals as a school community

1.We can’t teach students that aren’t present at school so everything you can do to get your children to school on time (i.e. 7:30am) would be amazing!

2.Supporting learning at home with nightly reading makes a HUGE difference in how your children progress in their literacy skills.

CAFE

Creekside CAFE meets every second Tuesday of the month at Creekside Elementary School from 6:30-7:30pm in the LGI.
