TO REPORT AN ABSENCE

Please be sure to leave the below information in your voicemail. Sending info to a teacher is wonderful, but I don't always get the message resulting in making unnecessary calls.
Please be sure to leave this information in your voicemail.
- Students first and last name
- The students teacher and grade level
- The reason for the absence,( illness, appointment, personal reasons etc.) and if they will return to school
- Include all symptoms if your student is out with an illness
Reporting Illnesses
If you are calling to report an illness please leave a detailed message with all symptoms. Please call the attendance line before 8:30 AM. You may receive a follow up phone call from our School Nurse to just check in with your family and if necessary testing is needed before returning to school.
Safe Arrival Calls
Please call the attendance line before 8:30 AM any morning your child will NOT be in school. If we don’t hear from you by this time, we will contact you at home or work. We want to make certain of every child’s safe arrival. We will call every number on your child’s emergency contact list until we can reach someone. Please make sure these contacts stay up to date.
