Sun Prairie West Small Theater
The Small Theater is a state of the art intimate "black box" theater that seats 120. The theater is a square room with black walls, a flat floor and features overhead catwalks and tension grids that allow for innovative lighting designs to shine through. This theater is a flexible performance space that is best for meetings, smaller concerts, classes, productions and performances. The name “black box” comes from the fact that the room is painted black – which gives the appearance of being “anyplace, anywhere, anytime”. The flexibility in the room comes from the performance equipment that is being used and the way it is arranged.
