Sun Prairie West Small Theater
The Small Theater is a state of the art intimate "black box" theater that seats 100. The theater is a square room with black walls, a flat floor and features overhead catwalks and grids that allow for innovative lighting designs to shine through. This theater is a flexible performance space that is best for meetings, smaller concerts, classes, productions and performances. The name “black box” comes from the fact that the room is painted black – which gives the appearance of being “anyplace, anywhere, anytime”. The flexibility in the room comes from the performance equipment that is being used and the way it is arranged. Please note that the Theater has a 120 total capacity and this would include preformers.
