We are Engaging

We strive to give our students opportunities to grow in and out of the classrooms. Our students have the opportunity to discover their passions through over 100 different clubs, award winning music and art programs, and Big Eight Conference sports teams. In addition to core subjects, our students have over 27 Advanced Placement (AP) courses and an abundance of elective courses to choose from, such as Automotive Mechanics, African Heritage, Digital Media Art, and Housing and Interior Design. Through our multitude of diverse programs, our students are able to connect with their peers and faculty while developing new skills to help prepare them for their future endeavours.

While our students have the opportunity to choose which skills they would like to further develop, our staff are given equal opportunities. We provide our faculty with Professional Development workshops year round to further develop their skills and explore their interests. These workshops in turn provide them with new tools to take what they are learning and implement new ideas and strategies into their classrooms to better help our students succeed.
