How to Apply / Show Interest

To Complete the Work Based Learning Interest Form please complete the following steps.

The video to the right also walks through the Interest Form.

1. Go to to the Sun Prairie JobReady360 Website linked here (https://sunprairieschools.jobready360.com/)
2. Click on "Login With Google".  Note - You will need to be logged into your Sun Prairie Area School District email to access this website
3. Select your Sun Prairie Schools email address
4. Click Continue
5. In the Quick Links you should see "Apply for WBL Eligibility".
   1. If "Apply for WBL Eligibility" is not showing in your Quick Links you can click on Work Based Learning on the left hand side of the screen, find "Employability Skills" and click on "Not Yet Eligible    Click Here to become Eligible"
6. If you have a resume already created, you can upload your resume.  If you do not have a resume, just skip this step.
7. Enter an email address, first name, and last name of a parent/caregiver that will complete this form after you.
8. Select the correct Work Based Learning Coordinator based on the high school you attend.
   1. Prairie Phoenix Academy - Mrs. Griffin
   2. Sun Prairie East - Ms. Leja
   3. Sun Prairie West - Mrs. Griffin
   4. Sun Prairie Virtual / JEDI - Mr. Granberg
9. Click Continue
10. Fill in each box that has a blue shade to it.
    1. Some of the boxes will already have information in them, please just confirm that information is correct.  
11. Click "Sign Here" in the green box on the top of page 3
12. Click "Sign Here" in the green box on the bottom of page 4
13. Click Submit near the top of the webpage
